Our founder, Michele, has dedicated over 11 years to the home care industry, starting as an Administrative Assistant at a small agency in Georgia. Through hard work and a deep commitment to quality care, she has held leadership roles including Agency Director, Operations Director, and Compliance Officer. Her hands-on experience in every aspect of home care—recruiting, scheduling, marketing, and more—has given her the knowledge and passion to create FamilyCareConnect.

Michele and her team are dedicated to building genuine relationships with caregivers, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their work. She also understands that families need more than just care—they need guidance, reassurance, and someone they can count on. Michele stays personally connected with clients and their families, always accessible as a trusted point of contact.
